These drawings are not drawn…they manifested
they were not made…they were allowed
drawings that are not expressions of will, they are prayers in moments of time
Capturing the songs of the sacred, to bring whispers of joy divine
offerings not of paintings, but deities waiting to grace our lives

Ask me not the reason, ask me nor a meaning
Rhythm of life…peace n joy it be, if there be any
surrendering to the unknown, I allow it to choose the paths, the colors and what it may
in doing so, I know a great dance, a silence deep, a joy undefined
beyond boundaries, a space open infinite
a flow, a rhythm, a tandem incalculated , inherent
moving through me, becoming me
Beyond exists
in that moment I know
I am

The art works capture the rhythms of the moment and the silence that exists as an undercurrent to all the events happening in our lives. Infused with the stillness of meditativeness, they are like calligraphies in space and can be tools for the viewer to connect with the silence and joy within. They brought me to many realizations and insights along the way. I realized that peace and beauty go hand in hand. When being fully present to it, even anger, restlessness and chaos are waves on the surface of the ocean, they are beautiful too and subside back into it. I realized the source and origin of symbols co-existing amongst distant cultures.
The universe is talking, many movements are happening, every moment, right in our very body and we move around engaged in dialogues of the mind, in the worlds of our own creation, oblivious, as though we are all that exist. Oblivious even of the vast plant and animal life that exists and the aliveness of mountains and rivers. Spending all time and energy to conquer what meets the eye and lures our senses, we lung to own, and create some more. How limited our vision, how tiny our longings. Dropping the expanse of the universe, the unceasing music of the inner hum, we run, lost in the manifest world. Giving up the vast ocean to the sprite of passing waves, entrapped in the ownership of the tactile, trading the magic of the unseen for pennies of the manifest, eternity of the invisible for the transience of the seen.
The world around us is a reflection of who we are. Is it not our choices that resonate in the world? If change is what we want, where does it need to begin?
Beyond the visual aspects, they are tools to evoke, provoke and spread a vibe of beauty and harmony .
